OUR GARDEN PLANS

Lemongrass.
Mint. Rosemary.
And room to grow.

Our plans start with fragrant herbs we can grow and prepare ourselves. As the garden develops, we’ll share which ingredients come from our own harvests.

Our growing plans also include Caribbean plants such as cerasee and dog blood. We’ll share their progress in future garden notes.

Fresh ginger and turmeric can join the pantry through produce we buy and dehydrate. Other herbs will come from carefully chosen bulk sources.
